HOW TO USE ME

Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin in the evening, 2-3 times per week initially, then gradually increase usage.

AM/PM APPLICATION

PM: Apply in the evening after cleansing, followed by moisturiser. Avoid sun exposure and apply sunscreen during the day.
