Alma Opus Plasma Skin Resurfacing & Tightening

Alma Opus Plasma Skin Resurfacing & Tightening

Unveil firmer, smoother, and more radiant skin with our newest in‑clinic treatment — Alma Opus Plasma. Designed to deliver next‑level skin rejuvenation, this dual‑modality treatment combines fractional plasma sparks and radiofrequency energy to address skin laxity, texture, fine lines, and more.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • How it works

The Opus Plasma portion induces microscopic injuries using plasma sparks and heat, triggering the body’s natural healing response. This boosts collagen and elastin production for visible skin renewal.

  • Comfort:

A topical anesthetic is applied beforehand. During treatment, you’ll feel mild warmth or tingling — discomfort is minimal.

  • Two treatment modes

Opus Plasma Treatment: Fractional RF energy both ablates and heats the skin, creating micro‑channels and dermal coagulation for deep resurfacing.

UniFace Treatment: Combines unipolar RF with a rotating massage ring to deliver deep heating, improve circulation, tighten facial skin, and smooth wrinkles and laxity.

  • Best For

    Comprehensive non‑surgical skin rejuvenation

    Tightening and firming skin

Reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and expression lines

Smoothing acne scars and uneven texture

Evening out pigmentation and skin tone

  • Treatment Areas

Face, cheeks, neck, and more — even delicate areas like around the eyes. This treatment targets zones that many lasers can’t safely reach, making it a versatile option for comprehensive skin rejuvenation.

  • Appointment time

    60 mins

  • Best Outcomes

Immediately / Up to 8 Weeks

  • Results Duration

    6+ months

Treatment Plan & Safety

How many sessions? Often, one treatment provides visible results; for deeper concerns or more dramatic change, 2‑4 sessions are usually recommended.

Pre‑treatment: Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least two weeks. Pause use of strong exfoliants, acids, or retinoids. Keep skin hydrated and inform us about any medical conditions or medications.

Aftercare: Use a gentle skincare regime. Broad‑spectrum SPF is essential. Avoid heat, saunas, and strenuous exercise for a few days. Follow the specific aftercare guidance from our registered nurses and dermal therapists.

After Treatment & Downtime

Expect redness, warmth (similar to mild sunburn), perhaps mild swelling or tenderness shortly after treatment.

Minor scabbing or flaking may occur as skin regenerates. Avoid picking.

You’ll likely see noticeable improvement in texture and tone within about one week, with continued improvement over several weeks as collagen builds up.

Most people return to normal daily activities very quickly. Downtime is minimal (1‑2 days for most).

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON OUR COMMUNICATION REGARDING COSMETIC INJECTABLES

To ensure clarity and consistency across the industry, the TGA has updated its guidelines, restricting the use of terms like ‘wrinkle injections’ or ‘dermal fillers’ in promotional content. These terms, including any acronyms, nicknames, abbreviations, or hashtags, are prohibited if they could lead a consumer to reasonably interpret the content as promoting a specific prescription-only medicine. Our communications will now align with these guidelines to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of responsible advertising.
